Watermelon Fresca

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Centenario Tequila™ Plata
  • 1 1/2 oz Watermelon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Splash Soda Water
  • Garnish: 1 Lime Wheel, 1 Mint Sprig, Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Glass: Collins Glass or Highball

Directions

1. Rim half your Collins glass with pink himalayan salt.
2. Add all ingredients, except soda water, to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake hard to muddle mint leaves and strain into glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
