Watermelon Fresca

Ingredients

2 oz Gran Centenario® Plata Tequila
1 1/2 oz Watermelon Juice
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
6 Mint Leaves
1 pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
Splash Soda Water
Garnish: 1 Lime Wheel, 1 Mint Sprig, Pink Himalayan Salt
Glass: Collins Glass or Highball

Directions

1. Rim half your Collins glass with pink himalayan salt.
2. Add all ingredients, except soda water, to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake hard to muddle mint leaves and strain into glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
