Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Centenario Tequila Plata
  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cucumber Slices
  • 3 Cilantro Sprig Tops
  • Garnish: 1 Cucumber Ribbon, 1 Lemon Wheel, 1 Cilantro Sprig

Directions

1. Muddle cucumber and cilantro in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and ice.
3. Shake hard to further muddle and combine.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a skewered cucumber ribbon, lemon wheel, and cilantro sprig.
