Añejo Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gran Centenario® Añejo
  • 1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup*
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate Mole Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: 1 Orange Peel

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Sti and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

*Cinnamon Syrup: Boil 8 crushed cinnamon sticks in 1.5 cups water for 15 minutes on high to make a strongly steeped cinnamon tea. This should reduce down to about 1 cup water. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Add 1 cup sugar to the strained liquid and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bottleand refrigerate.
