Gran centenario^® Anejo

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1.5 parts Gran Centenario^® Añejo Tequila
• 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 part Pineapple Juice
• 1 part Agave Syrup
• 1.5 parts Soda Water
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 7 Mint Leaves
• Garnish: 3 Mint Leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Combine all ingredients (except for soda water and 3 mint leaves) in cocktail shaker with ice. Do not muddle the mint as it will become bitter. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with remaining mint leaves.
